OneTouch^® Terms & Conditions

Offer open to insulin users resident in the UK/ROI aged 16 or over only, excluding existing users of a OneTouch^® UltraEasy^®, OneTouch^® Ultra^®2, OneTouch^® Vita^® and OneTouch^® UltraSmart^® Blood Glucose Meters.

Offer closing date 30 September 2010. Those eligible to participate in the free trial will be offered the choice of a free OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® meter or a OneTouch^® Vita^® meter, and will receive a questionnaire about their experience of using their chosen OneTouch^® meter to complete and return in the reply paid envelope provided.

The OneTouch^® Comfort^™ lancing device is included with the OneTouch^® Vita^® meter and is available as an additional item to those requesting the OneTouch^® UltraEasy^®, who are eligible for this offer and resident in the UK only.

The free OneTouch^® Vita^® Blood Glucose Meter and OneTouch^™ Comfort^™ Lancing Device offer excludes residents in ROI. OneTouch^® Vita^® Test Strips and OneTouch^® Comfort^™ lancets are not currently available on prescription in ROI. A Mini OneTouch^® lancing device will be supplied with the OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® meter to residents in ROI.

Only one free OneTouch^® meter trial and OneTouch^® Comfort^™ lancing device per person. Meters, including choice of colour for the OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® meter, are subject to availability. This offer is limited to a maximum of 5,000 free OneTouch^® meters and OneTouch^® Comfort^™ trials. Allow 28 days for delivery.
